Court of Canada has lifted freezing of all shares of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC in Centerra Gold Inc. The shares were frozen as part of proceedings on recognition and enforcement of arbitral decisions against the Kyrgyz Republic at the expense of Kyrgyzaltyn assets
