Belarus: leasing companies new business portfolio down in H1 2016

New contracts of Belarus’ leasing companies dropped 2.4 times YoY in January-June to Br270.7 million ($140.3 million) as of July 1. Belarus’ Association of Lease Providers posted these figures in its semiannual report
