The Decree of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures on further improvement of scientific and technological activities in the electricity sector” made a decision to establish Scientific and technical center in the form of a limited liability company under JSC “Uzbekenergo” on the basis of the abolished Institute of energy and automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan
