Russia: rapeseed crushing to overcome exports

In the 2015/2016 marketing year rapeseed gross production in Russia reached slightly more than 1000 KMT. This result was obtained in conditions of decreasing planted area for the second consecutive season to 1038 thousand ha compared with record 1326 thousand ha in the 2013/2014 marketing year
