Ukraine: budget-2017 provides funds to support buckwheat and rye growing

According to the draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2017, the Government will provide some funds to support the buckwheat and rye markets to stimulate production rates of the reporting grains in Ukraine, the Director of the food products department at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Moroz declared
