Ukraine: AMC allows Tigipko to buy Universal Bank

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has allowed ex-Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy Sergiy Tigipko, the founder and major shareholder of TAS Group, to indirectly acquire Universal Bank (Kyiv) through Bailican Limited (Cyprus)
