Romania: snow covers absent in major grain producing regions

Lower-than-usual temperatures (down by 2-4 degrees C from their long-term average) were registered in the west and north-west of Romania. Temperatures above the long-term normal occurred in the south of the country and in its northeastern region named Moldova (2 C)
